Spicy Corn on the Cobb

IMG_20140201_135214 Feeling peckish? I’m sure you’ll fancy this. Read on……

Yesterday I bought some cooked corn on the cob from the grocery store. Got home and as I was about to take a bite, I paused, then thought…….spicy? butter? cinamon?  hmmmm? as usual I was challenged and off to the kitchen to do some magic.

Stuffs I used:

Cooked corn, Butter, Cinnamon, Mixed herbs, Red crushed chillies, Foil paper, Bamboo skewers

I preheated my oven to 180’c then  I battered the cooked corn with butter, sprinkled a little bit of the red crushed chillies and mixed herb before that I pierced the corn with the skewer. I wrapped the dressed corn with foil paper and off to the oven. Gave this 15 mins to grill after which I unwrapped to reveal the mouth watering corn chops. It Came out beautiful and tasted delicious. Perfect for the evening chill especially when you are not in the mood for a heavy meal.

Off to try another magic recipe …….Ciao!!!!!
