Ingredients (These recipes can be free styled. Any substitute is fine, remember its a quick meal )
- Farfalle pasta
- Bell peppers
- Prawns
- Maggi
- Crushed chilli peppers
- Mixed herbs
- Baked beans
- Olive oil
Method
Add the Farfalle pasta to a boiling water and allow to cook or about 10 mins or till its Aldenté i.e till its just about right, not too soft or hard. Sieve and set aside.
Add 2 – 3 TBS of Olive oil to a hot pan, dice the bell peppers and throw them in. Also throw in the prawns and stir fry for 3 mins.
Add 2 – 3 table spoon of crushed chilli peppers or more if you prefer it hot hot, add some mixed herbs, 2 cubes of maggi and stir for another 3 mins. Now stir in the Farfalle , add a little oil to prevent it from sticking to the pot. cover and allow to cook for 3 mins.
Remove the lid and stir the mix till its even. Allow to cool, empty the bake beans into a clean pan and cook for 1 min while stirring continuously.
Serve the pasta with the bake beans and Enjoy!!. Salam Alaikum. 🙂
